Over played artists

Alan Jackson is apparently coming to my area for a concert.  How did I know?  They played two of his songs randomly in the same hour.

Now I do like Alan, really I do, but I don't want to hear non stop Alan Jackson songs for the next few weeks.

I get that the radio stations are happy someone is 'coming to town' but really playing 2-4 of their songs an hour does not make me want to see them at all.  By the time I'd get to that concert I'd be so sick and tired of them I'd probably leave as soon as I heard one of the songs they've over played.

I do know Alan has loads of songs, some of them you never hear on the radio, and I would be fine with over playing them IF they would play all of his songs.  When was the last time anyone played Litte Bitty, Chasing That Neon Rainbow, or even www.memory? (Never actually heard www.memory on the radio before actually...)
